The shipping cost is automatically calculated by the shipping agent (Dao, GLS, Burd Delivery, FedEx, UPS, DHL) based on your shipping address and the weight of the item. (Please kindly note shipping fee do not include any tax or duties.)

For delivery outside Europe, please write to us before placing an order. the world where post-delivery is available.

Shipping Time
The working time of our shipping is from Monday to Saturday between 09:00-18:00 (except Denmark National holidays). After we received your order on JewelryTools.dk, We will prepare the goods within 24 hours (including weekend and holidays),and arrange the dispatch to you quickly. The shipping time of the order depends on the destination area and countries and the shipping method you choose.
The delivery time on the above website is only for your reference. The holidays, weather, traffic control, package delays or a large number of orders, local delivery service schedule and so on may also cause the delivery delays. You can choose the shipping way which is suitable for you.

How can I trace my shipment?
Shipment via different shipping methods can be tracked from the following websites. We will also keep you updated on the status of your shipment after we ship the goods out. For the shipping methods will be changed, we will only list the parts of the tracking website for your reference.
The different shipping methods are in cord with different shipping terms. After we arrange the shipment of your order, we will send an e-mail to inform you of the shipping method and tracking website. Don’t worry.

 How do I save on shipping?
Due to the price of shipping, we suggest our customers buy everything they want in one order. In this case, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than Express shipping.
